Fellow (non)diet proponent here, always...Thank You! Fellow (non)diet proponent here, always glad to "meet" people like you, with the education cred! When common sense is as uncommon as it is in the world diet and nutrition advice today, a simple set of facts like this is so reassuring and helpful--I'll be sharing with my audience. The smart snacking issue is really important with a lot of people I know--it's mindless snacking and/or poor choices in that area that we need to watch out for, not the act of feeding actual hunger with a bit of something decent to eat. I think a little planning or general strategy really helps, like just have the right stuff around, that you enjoy, ready to grab and portioned out.
